Just had the amazing honor of doing some VO for The Globe theatre for a Live cinema showing of King Lear. I cannot explain how much of a treat is has been to work with the spiritual home of Shakespeare. I am giddy because of who was featured in the spot, Jonathan Price, Gemma Arterton, and the fantastic Stephen Fry. I think I sound like a burking ninny in the spot but they liked it and that is all that matters.

So I was very fortunate on monday night to attend a special event for students of the Denver Performing Arts Center. The Voice Over Performer Dee Bradley Baker came and gave a wonderful insight into his life as a performer and some handy tips for being a voice actor and also helpful life lessons.
If you're not sure who Dee is, check out the link and I can guarantee you have heard him. either on TV (many nickelodeon shows) Video games (gears of War) or Films (he was Daffy Duck in Space Jam {Mind officially Blown}) Really generous of him to give his time and also his experience and knowledge. Really excited to be heading to a second audition for the Denver Herd. They are a group of Voice Over Artists in Colorado who will be getting with the group leaders Hal Rayle and Maggie Roswell, both AMAZING talents, check out their sites Hal Rayle & Maggie Roswell.
Wish me luck, Love this stuff! Did another class at the Denver Center For Performing Arts, really enjoy spending time with people who are adding to their creative repertoire.
Check out the classes and workshops on offer at DCPA to get involved and support a great institution. Click here to check out their site. Really excited to have worked with Hublot and especially Ferrari. This is something you dream of as a little boy when you share those moments with your father, whenever you saw a Ferrari together or watch the F1 on a sunday. This is the second time I have had the privilege of working with Ferrari, the first time I used to work the F1 parties in London, but now I have made a commercial with them, this one was for you pops. click here to see the product and the spot.
Just had a video game I worked on go live (Seeking Evil: The Wendigo), by all accounts it is getting great reviews and is scaring the hell out of people, especially on VR. Virtual reality test & Gameplay test and just a fun reviewer. |
